Yellow discharge

I got an abortion when I was 16 and since then I have had very bad stomach pains. I have never been to the gyno. I am 19 now. I have the worst period cramps, sometimes I loose a lot of tissue and have a lot of clotting sometimes. Just the other day I got a light yellow discharge. The scent isn't strong at all and there is no redness, swelling, or itching. I don't really have the money to go get a bunch of tests ran. My stomach pains have become more consistent lately and I’m freaking out because I don't have the money, and I want an idea of what it is. The discharge is not thick, it's pretty light. I also have been having bad bowel movements, kind of loose and sometimes it takes a while to go to the bathroom. I don't eat very much so that could be the cause of that but I’m not sure.

Yellow Vaginal Discharge

Yellow vaginal discharge may be physiological, ie a normal discharge as the body does produce natural discharge. However, you have found cramps are worsening and it could be due to an infection. You don’t mention whether you are sexually active or not and this may be relevant. Unfortunately the only way you will be able to deal with this is to see a doctor for tests, but I understand your dilemma. Luckily, in the UK where I work we have the NHS and free health care mainly.
