Worried i have ms

Hi I have been very sick for the last 6 years, I have high temps every day and chills as well. I suffer with numbness and pins and needles in feet and legs now it’s gone to the tips of all my fingers as well, my stomach is sick most of the time and heartburn as well for days on end. My clothes are wet every day as I cant be near any sort of heat at all, but if im not near heat im freezing with cold. Im tired and feel I need a lot more sleep than I should. Ive had full blood count tests done and they come back with my white blood cells showing high. Im now having very bad headaches and cant seem to remember very much. Can you help me?

Advice:

An interesting and complex case. This doesn’t sound like MS to me. The fevers, neurological symptoms and sweats would suggest either an infective cause or a multisystem disorder. 6 years would be a long time to have an infection though. Chronic infective conditions such as brucellosis and Lyme disease could cause your symptoms. Multisystem conditions such as sarcoidosis, rheumatological conditions such as SLE or Systemic Lupus Erythematosis should be considered. The high white count would go with both an infective and inflammatory cause.
