What are these marks? small spots? Can i get rid of them?

Hi, I am 26 and for as long as I can remember, or since puberty at least I have had these, what look like little spots on my scrotum and on parts of the shaft of my penis

Can you tell me what they are? And can I get rid of them?

Occasionally they get bigger and are more like a regular 'white head' spot and burst.
If the regular marks are squeezed they often produce a small amount of puss/spot material. I wondered if they were something to do with heat rash.

Fordyce Spots

They are called Fordyce spots and are perfectly normal. They are essentially prominent sebaceous glands and are nothing to worry about. They can occur on the scrotum and penis.

I personally wouldnt recommend it. You will see treatments available on the internet, but Fordyce Spots are a normal part of your anatomy. You really shouldnt consider a treatment that potentially cause you harm in this situation.
