Allergic reaction, hyperthyroidism
and possible Addisons
There are 2 issues here. The first condition that you describe is egg allergy. Your symptoms are classical for this with an itchy (pruritic) rash, swelling and can develop into a life threatening condition of shortness of breath and wheeze, blocked airway due to swelling and oedema and low blood pressure. This will then result in collapse and cardiac arrest. There is no treatment for the condition other than avoiding egg and egg containing foods. If an allergic reaction occurs then it can be treated with steroids, antihistamines and epinephrine by a health care professional. Sufferers sometimes carry an epinephrine pen which they can administer if they develop allergic symptoms.
Your second set of symptoms is intriguing. I presume from the title that a hospital doctor has diagnosed possible blood clot to the brain or hyperthyroidism. Hyperthyroidism is a condition in which the thyroid gland produces too much thyroid hormone or thyroxine. It usually presents with weight loss, anxiety, tremor, maybe diarrhea, flushing and sweating in some. Your symptoms dont sound like this. Headache, nausea, dizziness, vomiting and low blood sugar can be symptoms of a condition called Addisons disease.
Addisons disease is a condition where the adrenal glands dont produce steroid hormone. There are various causes for this including autoimmune disease, adrenal tumours, Tuberculosis and Sarcoidosis. Another condition that could give similar symptoms is insulinoma, a rare condition caused by a tumour that produces insulin. Phaeochromocytoma, another adrenal condition caused by a tumour could cause your symptoms and blood pressure can be intermittently high. Finally, infections particularly septicaemia could give a similar picture, some drugs and of course brain tumours, particularly of the pituitary gland. Investigations really depend on clinical impression, but may involve hormone tests such as checking your steroid levels (cortisol), urine VMA levels, insulin levels and scans of your brain (either CT or MRI) or adrenal glands if indicated.
I hope you find this useful.
