i have this kinda rash that is all over my body and its so weird it does not itch me. it has been on my body for the past 1 week. it behaves like its drying but its not. please help me..
its even on my face....

Possibly Molluscum Contagiosum

I'm not sure what this is. It could be a really bad case of molluscum contagiosum, a viral rash that gives raised dimples and can occur anywhere on the body although commonly on the arms or face. It usually settles over a few months, but can persist if you have any immunity problems such as HIV. There is no specific treatment if this is molluscum, but if it is this you should have your immunity checked. A skin biopsy would confirm the rash diagnosis.
