Reproductive Help?

I have been having cramps near the right side of my breast and it is increasing lately. I am having a brown oder smelling discharge coming from the vaginal area. I am having frequent headaches and back pains, constipation, diarrhea, and I have just got off my period. I do not understand what is going on. I think it might have something to do with my reproductive system. I cannot seem to get pregnant either. Even when we have tried. I have a shortness of breath as well. Please help me understand what is going on. I have been so weak lately, loss of appetite, emotionally, stressed, and pain throughout my body? Am I pregnant and having a miscarriage? I have researched everything and still no help.

This Could Be Endometriosis

Thanks for asking my advice. You have multiple symptoms that clearly need investigation so my first advice is to see your doctor for an examination. Looking at your symptoms, I wonder whether you have endometriosis. Endometriosis is a condition where tissue resembling the womb tissue is found outside the womb. It can attach to anything, but the main areas are in the pelvis on the fallopian tubes, ovaries and surrounding structures. It can deposit on the bowel too. This can give rise to bowel symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhea and constipation. You can feel tired and have hormonal symptoms including period changes, infertility, tiredness, headaches, nausea and many more. It can also make you quite emotional. It is diagnosed usually with ultrasound and laparoscopy (keyhole camera to look in your abdomen). It can rarely affect the lungs too, but more commonly the breathlessness is due to anemia. There are other reasons for your symptoms, but the above is a unifying diagnosis which should be explored further for sure. Good luck!
