pregnancy and urinary tract infection

I have had a urinary tract infection for about four days and my urine had a foul odor that was unbearable but after drinking a lot of water I seem to get rid of that burning sensation after urinating but I still have this bloating feeling in my stomach and it makes my stomach feel heavy and recently I have notice a dark line going up to my navel and up almost to my chest but I dont know If it is a Linea nigra. However I think I might be pregnant but I have not had any symptoms but I do have a little bit of pain around my breast!

Does this means am pregnant or I still have a UTI?

Pregnancy and urinary tract infection

The horizontal dark line in the mid abdomen is likely to be a Linea Nigra line and this would indicate pregnancy in some. Have you had a pregnancy test? You havent mentioned your periods and whether they have stopped? The tenderness around the breast would be consistent with pregnancy. The dark line can also be caused by hormone conditions that increase melanocyte (cells that create pigmentation) production. These can include Addisons disease and Hypopituitarism.

You might still have a partially treated UTI as well and it is important to get this treated, particularly IF you are pregnant. You need to see your primary care physician for help in this matter. Good luck and let us know the outcome!
