Passed Something Fleshy In My Stool

On multiple occasion for the last 3 weeks I have passed something in my stool that I had put on latex gloves and examined and it seems to be something like a sac of fleshy tissue there are more than one of these in the bowel movements that contain them and they are from the size of a quarter and a couple times the size of a golf ball but not painful to pass and sometimes accompanied by a dark red blood color in stool. What could this be?

Answer: Passed Something Fleshy In My Stool

Passing blood in your stool needs to be investigated further. The fleshy tissue may be old blood clot or you might even be passing bits or a polyp or tumor. You should save some of these bits and take them to your doctor. They can take a look at it for you and send a sample off to the lab for analysis. You will need to have your colon examined to determine the cause for this. I would suggest you see your doctor urgently. Good luck.
