So I'm 18, and I’m a girl, and recently, I was having sex with my boyfriend, whom I’ve been with for quite a while, and recently, there was an occurrence where sex really hurt , which is weird, because we've had sex before, but it never hurt like that before.. What could be the cause.?

Answer: Painful sex

Painful sex or dyspareunia is actually quite common and there are many causes for this. Part of working out the cause is to know at what point sex is painful. This can include pain on penetration due to conditions of the hymen (vaginal opening) such as scaring, inflammation or dry vagina (can be due to insufficient foreplay), pain in mid penetration due to vaginal problems or urinary problems such as urethritis or deep penetration due to cervix or womb problems such as cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and endometriosis. Psychological issues and other chronic diseases can also exert an effect. To determine the cause, you really need to see a gynaecologist to have an examination and investigations as appropriate.
