Pain and baby movements

Good evening. Firstly I have a coil with hormones fitted for two years now and have experienced no problems and no periods. Four weeks ago I started experiencing pregnancy symptoms and pain to my left side, feeling the need to go to the toilet very often, going ok with no pain or stinging but feeling like i needed to go again really quickly. I feel on top of the left side pain which is not a dull pain its a continuous pain like something is pushing down on my bladder, pretty similar to feelings I have felt in during carrying my 3 children. I can also feel some movement in my tummy again like pregnancy. Early last week I felt the pain not only to my left side but also around my lower back and right side (this was 3 weeks since the pain started) the pain then wore off towards then end of the week and I felt great over the weekend, except still feeling like my bladder is pushing down, late last night the pain came back but this time only on the right side only to the point I found it difficult to walk this morning, I still feel something moving inside me, I live 70kms away from my nearest doctors on small island in Greece, hence why I have been putting off a doctors trip thinking it would all go away with plenty of drinks of water, any ideas?

Possibly pregnant

You need to have this checked. Have you done a pregnancy test as pregnancy can still occur despite having a coil, although unusual. Certainly if you are feeling foetal movements, this would seem the most likely thing along with your other pregnancy related symptoms. If you do a pregnancy test, you will know whether this is the case. Either way, you should see your doctor about this.
