Left Upper abdomin pain and now there is internal pain

Upper Left Abdomen Rash
Two weeks back, after moving to a different town I noticed skin rash on left upper abdominal along with small spots on lower left back and other parts of stomach. I took it as normal skin rash caused by poison oak from camping, and treated it with moisturizing cream 1st day, Aloe Vera 2nd day, Aloe Vera and Witch hazel for 3rd to 7th day. Each time I cleaned it with H2o2 and then applied aloe vera and witch hazel. aluminum acetate skin astringent from Walgreens for few times and took multivitamins and theraflu to avoid fever.I have been using Witch hazel and it seemed to work on this.
There is a new skin on all areas that were treated and signs of skin rash are still there, But I still feel some pain on internal areas of stomach. I am concerned because this is right outside of pancreas area and wondering if this was result of pancreas inflammation ?
I have never had this issue in past and none of my parents have it on their side. I drink socially and probably had few drinks during this time. around 2 per week. I dont smoke.
I read that the problem could be caused by hurting internal organs and that might result in skin rash. I slept on floor with just bed sheet without padding for about 2 months so that I could avoid back pain because of mattress - could it be that I hurt my pancreas or other internal organ which could have caused this ? Hope I am not sounding strange, and Not intending to answer my own question - this could be completely different then what I thought ; Please advise on check ups I need to get done.
Rash and Abdominal PainTo be honest, I don’t think your rash and abdominal pain are related. The rash looks a bit psoriatic from the picture and the only association I am aware of with this type of rash is inflammatory bowel disease, but this would see unlikely with your only symptom being abdominal pain. The rash is more likely to be eczema or possibly lichen planus if not psoriasis. The picture isn’t too clear to be sure. Pancreas pain is classically in the upper abdomen mainly on the left, through to the back. The rash that you get with pancreatitis is bruising rather than a skin rash per se.
