My Keloid scar

hi I m 25 yr old when I was 22 yr old I get a red mark on my chest (not Breast) now it become large about 1 cm it's not a mole but look like a growth I had a photo of that sending u pls. tell me what is it & also treatment

This looks like a keloid scar. This is a scar that has become excessively enlarged folowing a trauma to the skin such as a cut. It is more common in pigmented skin and is due to excessive skin cell growth. They are very difficult to treat as removal often makes the situation worse due to even more keloid growth from the surgical scar.
