"Inflammatory Diarrhea, Ulcerative Colitis Symptoms, Symptoms of Crohns Disease, Crohns Diease"

Inlammatory bowel disease

Inflammatory bowel disease symptoms include:

Ulcerative colitis

Ulcerative colitis is a form of inflammatory bowel disease that affects the large bowel or colon. Ulcerative colitis symptoms include diarrhea, sometimes bloody diarrhea, abdominal pain, weight loss, joint pains, skin rashes (erythema nodosum, pyoderma gangrenosum), liver problems (sclerosing cholangitis), eye problems (uveitis) and increased bowel cancer risk. Ulcerative colitis symptoms vary between different individuals and can be low grade to life threatening. Some symptoms of ulcerative colitis can be non-specific such as tiredness, poor sleep patern and nausea. These symptoms of ulcerative colitis should be considered in anyone presenting with inflammatory diarrhea symptoms.

Crohns disease

What is crohns diease? It is another form of inflammatory bowel disease. It can affect anywhere from the mouth to the back passage, including any part of your bowel. Symptoms of Crohns disease may include diarrhea, sometimes bloody, abdominal pain, weight loss (usually more profound than ulcerative colitis), joint pains, liver symptoms (sclerosing cholangitis, gallstones), eye symptoms (uveitis/iritis), skin rashes similar to ulcerative colitis. Symptoms of Crohns disease can also be non-specific including nausea, vomiting, tiredness, anorexia and poor sleep patern.

If you have Crohn's disease then I would recommend you visit Journey With Crohns Disease an excellent IBD website.
