But first, you must go to your doctor! Why? Because you need to make sure the diagnosis is IBS rather than other bowel conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease and cancer which require completely different treatment. Not been yet? Well go and get it checked out!!!

Your doctor will likely run a few tests and you will be able to find out about these below. They will then be able tell you if its IBS or some other bowel condition.
So you have these tests and your doctor then tells you its Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but that’s it, nothing to worry about and off you go!
