IBS symptoms I experience

I found out I had IBS 7 months ago and still suffering from it makes my life hell. I am ill every day with it. Makes me feel bloated,I have diarrhea most of the time feeling sick really bad back ache i go dizzy feel light headed every day. I allso get heartburn its a nightmare. I have tryed peppermint tea and I have also tryed peppermint oils and they havent worked. I just need something to help.

I have sufered IBS for over twenty years, when having flare up of diarrhea find that eating less fibre helps until symptoms settle e.g white bread, cornflakes, tuna, chicken, only small portions of fruit, but cannot tolerate vegetable such as brocoli, cabbage, cauliflower. Also take mulitbionta tablets with healthy bacteria in, which can be bought in health shops/chemist. If really bad take codeine tablets (given by doctor) until flare up calms down. Hope this helps.
