I have been diagnosed with IBS by my doctor and told to take Fybogel and Mebeverine. Can you believe it, that was all she had to say! The pain has been unbearable although I am gradually coming to terms with it through diet and lifestyle changes advised. I have found the ibs help online website a great help, by its no-nonense approach using simple language that a mere mortal like me can understand.
