In theory, anything is possible. A tumour pressing on the bowel is likely to cause bowel symptoms if compressing significantly. It can also invade the bowel wall and cause obstructive symptoms including constipation, bloating, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. If a renal tumour metastasises to the bowel then similar problems could occur as the secondary tumour enlarges.
