IBS controls my life

I was diagnosed with IBS with constipation. It is extremely hard for me to get help in the medical world. I have been to numerous doctors and all they do is play the guessing game . I don't have polyps just really bad constipation and pain. I changed my diet and that helped but I still have episodes. I find it really hurtful when doctors treat me like a attention seeking patient because they don't know how to treat this. I need help my IBS determines if I leave my home or not,it ruined my sex and social life. Depression is the companion of IBS. My family and friends don't understand especially whn I explain what's wrong and that most doctors dont know how to treat this illness. I have been living with it for 7 years.
