I want to know the possible answer to the symtoms im experiencing

I'm a 24 yr old male. For the past 3 days I've experienced a little stinging after urinating, as well as sharp pains in my right side. I also vomited and the urge to urinate with no result. What are these symptoms of?

Pain on passing urine

I suspect you have a urine infection or possibly kidney stones. You can read more about this in the urine symptoms section, but this will need investigating further as its not normal for a male to have a urine infection and you will probably need antibiotics. The investigations usually advised are blood tests to check you haven’t got an immunity problem, to check for diabetes and an ultrasound test of your kidneys and bladder looking for structural abnormalities.
