Feinting with marijuana

So I've been smoking weed for about a year now. I sometimes drink alcohol on the weekends. I'm a 16 years old female 100 pounds, this has never happened to me before I went to my friends house before going home I smoked out of his bong just a little bit weed after about ten minutes of watching TV I started to notice my vision was going away like fuzzy and my hearing was going away and I was heading out of it I don't remember how long I was out for but I guess he carried me to the bathroom and was trying to wake me up my hearing was coming in and out but I couldn’t move or wake up after I did come out of that state I noticed I was sweating a lot more than ever and was shaking loads, he told me I wasn't breathing when I was unconscious it's nothing I've ever experienced when I got home I guess I couldn’t stop crying for like an hour threw up also and massive headaches when I woke up this happened just yesterday please help me !??!? What's going on I've smoked way more before I think this must be something else not the weed. It was the scariest thing I ever been through I thought I was dead

Answer: feinting after marijuana

What you are describing is syncope or transient loss of consciousness which has many causes. I suspect it was related to the marijuana, but as you say there are other causes of syncope. I won’t list all the causes as there are many, but I think you should see your doctor for an examination. Perhaps this event is a warning to you about the dangers of drug taking in the first place. A lot of people think marijuana is safe, but there is also evidence to suggest that it isn’t.
