Dribbling Urine

When I go to the toilet to pass urine I finish completely, but still there are some drops come out after.

Secondly when I’m exited or even thinking about a woman a transparent liquid come out even when I’m in the street. Please tell me what medication I need.

Answer: Dribbling Urine

There are two parts to your question. The first is that you are dribbling urine after you have voided urine. This form of urine incontinence is quite common in men and maybe due to a problem with your prostate gland. As you get older, the prostate gland often enlarges and can cause dribbling, night time need to pass urine and difficulty passing urine too. Dribbling of urine can also be caused by a urine infection too. You need to see your doctor to have this investigated further as there are treatment options available to you in these disorders.

The second part of your question is quite normal. Passing the clear fluid or semen is normal when a man is sexually excited and there is nothing to worry about.
