Constant headache and chest pain

Good day. I am a 37 year old male who has been experiencing pains on his chest. I have heart palpitations especially after eating. I have head pains and I feel light headed. Sometimes it feels as if I am having a stroke when it feels as if wave after wave of blood is pounding into my head. I also have a blocked nostril.

When I take antacid the pain on my chest becomes less. I also get a pain between my eyes when staring straight ahead. I have to look from side to side when driving.
My blood pressure is fine , my cholesterol is okay as well as my blood sugar level .
I have trouble sleeping and feel a tingling in my fingertips.
I have been on medication for high blood pressure.

There is only a small instance of heart disease in my family.

I have had the heart palpitations since January this year, the blocked nostril since February last year and the light headedness since two weeks ago. My head also pains if I rub the back of it and the back of my neck feels slightly stiff.

Stress or chronic fatigue syndrome

Your symptoms may be related to stress as they dont really fit in to any specific medical condition that I am aware of. Have you been under a lot of stress recently? My only advice really is to see your primary care physician and talk to them about these problems.

Chronic fatigue syndrome can also give rise to these symptoms so it maybe this. There are lots of things that can be done for stress and chronic fatigue syndrome so get it checked!
