What treatments work for you? Have you found lifestyle changes helpful? Have you looked at diets and what diets have been helpful? Were you diagnosed with IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome before IBD was diagnosed? Do you find it easy to distinguish IBD from IBS? I'm sure you will think of many more!
