I trained in the UK as a doctor and went through my training from junior doctor to consultant level and gained my specialist qualifications in both general medicine and gastroenterology. I thought I would create this chat with a doctor service as I am very interested in internet medicine and reaches out to the world, rather than just local to where I live. Internet medicine allows you to ask a question you don’t want to talk to your own doctor about, perhaps to seek clarification about a problem, look for advice about certain drugs or want more advice about medical investigations or embaressing problems. Perhaps you don’t understand a medical report and want to have it translated into language you can understand! What ever it is, I am sure to be able to help you. You can even remain anonymous if you wish! So.....
I can discuss your problem on the phone or over the internet. If you have a web cam we can discuss this 'face to face'. If you don't want to, you can turn your webcam off and just talk! The webcam has the advantage of perhaps seeing your problem, although if you have a picture you want to ask about you can do so during your consultation via email.
