Breast Enhancement Cream and Lupus

My wife has SLE, a kind of Lupus. Her sickness has made her very flat chested, so I bought some breast enhancement cream. Unfortunately she thinks it's bad for her Lupus, but her Lupus doesn't affect her skin, its internal. She had a flare-up against her red blood cells a few years ago, and this year it was her kidney, she is currently recovering well.

She is worried that the breast-enhancement cream will conflict with her drip treatment. Its called Cleavage 4 and has the following ingredients:

Ingredients:
stabilized aloe vera gel
water
octyl palmitate
black cohosh extract
damiana extract
calendula extract
saw palmetto extract
don quai extract
peg 8 stearate
cetyl alcohol
safflower oil
TEA-carbomer 940
squalene
polysorbate 65
methyl & propyl parabens
honey
natural vitamin E (d-alpha and mixed tocopherois)
ascorbic acid
fragrance

We're in Shanghai, Chinese doctors always put people on the drip for everything. She thinks the cream will conflict with this drip treatment. Anyway she won't let me use it on her until a doctor can assure her its okay.

In short, can my wife with SLE use breast enhancement cream? She needs it, its only herbal; I don't believe it has anything to do with her Lupus or her treatment. But if you'd say its ok, we could use it.

Breast Enhancement Cream

The ingredients of the breast enhancement cream appear ok to use. There doesn’t seem to be anything too noxious in it. However, skin reactions can occur with any creams so it is advisable to apply to a test area first to see if any reaction occurs.
